  Always friendly, but this location is on its way out! Much needed facility upgrade soon; new restaurant opening across the parking lot. Can see this location is old and in definite need of replacement!

  I call in and preorder 20 to 25 mins before I get there and when I get there the food is ready and it makes for a very easier experience with my kids age 2 and 5.

  Possibly our poorest Pizza Hut experience ever. The only one that can compare is when we were seated at an Ocean City location years ago, our order taken and after a long wait we questioned another server as to the wait to find our server had walked out. As to Kingwood, we placed our order and waited and waited. During the wait we observed a female employee behind the counter with her shirt up rubbing her back. My wife did question if this person was involved in food preparation. She was told no, but if not what was she doing in the kitchen area? We waited some more and finally asked why so long. Our server could offer no plausible reason. She did tell us our pizza was in the oven. At that point we asked for the order be boxed to go. When we got the pizza it was only semi correct. It was to have pepperoni on half. It had it on 3/4. Other than that it was correct.
  
  We plan on this being our last order from this Pizza Hut.
